I will engross my efforts for party consolidation-NC leader KC

Kathmandu, March 9: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Arjun Narsingh KC has said that he would engage his utmost effort for the strengthening of the party and democracy.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday following his defeat in the post of general secretary in the 13th general convention, leader KC said the win and lose is obvious in democracy and pledged to move ahead with enthusiasm and cohesion by eliminating enmity emerged in course of the election.

He also extended congratulations and best wishes to the newly-elected President, General Secretary and Treasurer of the party.

Leader KC in his press release also thanked all general convention members, general council members, constituency presidents, district presidents and other party cadres for their contributions to make the general convention a success as well as for giving him votes in the election fray.

He also expressed his confidence that the new leadership would run the party institutionalizing its internal democracy with judicious evaluation system. RSS
