Leader Dahal insists on unity among major political parties

Damauli, March 26: UCPN (Maoist) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal has insisted on unity among three major political parties to resolve the problems facing the country.

During his meeting with the chiefs of district-based government offices here today, the former Prime Minister spoke of the need of national unity to accelerate the post-earthquake reconstruction works and to enforce the constitution.

About Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's visits to India and China, leader  Dahal  said bilateral agreements reached during the visits will add a new dimension to country's economic development.

On the occasion, he was apprised of the development endeavours undertaken in the district by Officiating Chief District Officer Kishor Kumar Chauhdary, and Local Development Officer Uday Bahadur Rana.

Meanwhile, addressing a press meet organised by the Revolutionary Journalists' Association here today, the leader of major coalition partner in the CPN (UML)-led government expressed his confidence that the incumbent government would not topple down under any circumstances, underling the need of convincing  the main opposition Nepali Congress to be a part of it.
