Dhakutta, March 28: A man died after lightning struck him at Chhintang of Dhankutta on Sunday night.
The deceased has been identified as Bhakta Bahadur Thapa, 54, of Pataldanda of Chhintang-6, according to the District Police Office, Dhankutta.
The incident took place when the lightning struck him when he had gone to farm to bring his cattle. Thapa died on the spot in the incident.
Similarly, Dayaram Thapa, son of the decease, who fell unconscious due to lightning, gained conscious after five hours. RSS
