PM advised to boost relations with China

Kathmandu, March 13: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been suggested to boost the relations with China during his imminent visit.

PM Oli was given such suggestion during a consultative meeting he held with the former prime minister, foreign minister, and foreign secretaries in the wake of the imminent visit to China.

After meeting, former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai said he suggested the PM not to compare the relations with one neighour with another, but act friendly.

Similarly, former foreign minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat said he suggested the PM to focus on attracting Chinese capital for the investment in transportation and water resources in Nepal.

PM's special advisor on foreign affairs Gopal Khanal said the PM was suggested for taking the relations between the two countries to a new height and make agreements on transportation and trade. RSS
