Biratnagar, March 27: Naya Shakti Nepal coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai today said that Naya Shakti is committed to building a society of participation, good governance, inclusiveness, good will and parity.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar airport, the former Prime Minister said that Naya Shakti is committed to making the country self-reliant through the utilisation of human and natural resources at a time when a large number of youth is vanishing from Nepal in search of employment opportunities abroad.
On a different context, on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's China visit, he said that the visit is positive. "We should be self reliant but while maintaining mutual relations with both neighbouring countries (India and China)," he said. He also said that Madhes problems should be resolved by settling geographical demarcation issues within the seven states on the basis of identity and viability.
Dr Bhattarai also said that he would stay away from the game of forming or toppling the government, saying that he only focuses on taking Naya Shakti to the top position. RSS
