Pokhara, March 11: Deputy Chief of Protocol Rajaram Bartaula today discussed with the bodies concerned regarding the preparations for the meeting of the SAARC Foreign Ministers' meeting to be held here from March 14 to 17.
Bartaula is in Pokhara since Thursday in connection to the preparation for the event. In this connection, he held discussions with Regional Administrator Shankar Prasad Koirala who is also the coordinator of the SAARC Foreign Minister' meeting Main Management Support Committee, and related officials regarding the preparations going on at the local level.
Talking to RSS, Bartaula said the preparation for the meeting has almost in the final stage. According to him, the Foreign Ministers' meeting will take place on March 17 while the standing committee meeting will be held on March 16.
He informed that the meeting of the Programming Committee will be held on March 14 and 15. RSS
