PAF starts E-Chautari for public participation

Kapilbastu, March 30: The Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) has started what is called the e-Chautari in Kathmandu and Kapilbastu districts for making its programmes transparent, accountable and interactive.

Through the information technology-based e-Chautari, members of the beneficiary communities can share their problems, their opinion and suggestions directly to the PAF using the toll free telephone number 1117 and through SMS.

The users can also directly visit the Fund's website www.pafnepal.org.np and give their complaints or suggestions. Arrangements have also been made under which the PAF will respond to the comments, complaints or suggestions promptly, PAF spokesperson Shreeram Subedi said. RSS
