PM Oli stresses on talks to sort out problems

Bhadrapur, March 9: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called on the main opposition Nepali Congress to abide by past agreements.

Unveiling the budget, polices and programmes of the 24th District Council of the District Development Committee Jhapa Wednesday, Prime Minister Oli said that problems facing the country could be sorted out through talks and discussions.

On a different note, the Prime Minister insisted on the establishment of  more industries and modernisation and commercialization of  agro sector to boost up nation's economy.  He reiterated his commitment to free the country from the existing power crisis.

Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Federal Affairs Agni Prasad Kharel voiced for practicing politics based on consensus and cooperation.

Minister of State for Federal Affairs and Local Development Kunti Shahi was also present at the programme.

The Jhapa DDC endorsed a budget for Rs 5.97 billion for the upcoming fiscal year. RSS
