Gaighat (Udaypur), March 11: Minister of State for Urban Development, Manju Kumari Chaudhari, has today inaugurated the ninth District Council of Udaypur district.
Local Development Officer, Pitamber Adhikari, presented the budget programme of Rs 994 million for the fiscal year 2015/16.
Budget has been allocated for the development of agriculture, cottage and small industries, livestock service, women and sports towards development topic.
Similarly, budget has also been allocated towards drinking water and sanitation, road construction, small irrigation, eroding of river, construction of suspension bridges, among others.
Lawmaker Bhesh Kumari Raut and Chief District Officer, Krishna Chandra Ghimire, were also present on the occasion. RSS
